To secure your booking, we kindly require a deposit of 25% of the total amount, depending on the size of your reservation.
Please note that all bookings must be confirmed and the deposit completed at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Upon your arrival in Bukit Lawang, the remaining balance can be settled. We kindly ask that the final payment is made in cash at that time.
Before your trip, we will provide you with the exact amount to bring in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), along with the equivalent value in euros for your convenience.
As card payments are not available on-site, we recommend preparing the correct amount in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
